14 incredible surfing bands contribute the tracks to this astounding collection. The packaging tries to pass itself off as "An original motion picture soundtrack" (and for all I know, the songs may be from a real film) but it's all a wonderful put-on. I've found myself playing this over and over-- sometimes TWICE in a single day! My faves include "Larry Storch Trilogy" by Death Valley, "40 Miles To Vengeance" by The Penetrators, "Cactus" by Brazil 2001 and the finale, "There's A Pale Moon" by Hank Ray & Thee Executioneers. Between the sounds of hoofbeats and gunshots, most of the tunes blend in together, making the entire album an extended listening "experience".(by Henry R. Kujawa)
